By using QuickConvert you agree to these terms. The site is provided as a free utility. This is a plain-language draft for an MVP, not a substitute for counsel.

The service

QuickConvert lets you merge PDFs, split PDFs, compress PDFs, compress images, convert image formats, and resize images in your web browser. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file, or any advertising income to the operator.

Your files and your responsibility

You must have the right to process the files you drop into the tools. Do not use the site to infringe copyright, break the law, or harm others. Because processing is local, you remain responsible for keeping copies of originals. Always keep backups.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”. Output may differ from other software. Encrypted PDFs, unusual encodings, huge files, or older browsers may fail. We are not liable for lost files, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The operator may display third-party ads, including Google AdSense. Ad networks have their own terms. We do not control the content of ads served by Google.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the site’s infrastructure, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape it in a way that harms other visitors. Automated bulk use that overloads hosting may be blocked by the host.

Changes

These terms may change as the product changes. The date at the top will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
